Where does our data live? +
On your own server, or in an EU data center in Denmark or Germany. You choose. Data never leaves the boundary you pick, and it is never sent to a public AI service.
Are you GDPR and EU AI Act compliant? +
Yes. LoopBack is EU-hosted or on-premise, GDPR-aligned, and every request is logged so you have the audit trail and documentation the EU AI Act requires, from day one rather than bolted on later.
Hosted or on-premise: which do we get? +
Both are options. We host, update and monitor LoopBack for you in EU hosting, or you run it on your own servers and GPUs where data never leaves the building. Same gateway and controls either way.
How does the pricing work, really? +
You pay for the server, not per token. A fixed monthly subscription when hosted, or paid upfront on-premise. No token quotas, no rate-limits, so staff never run out mid-task and IT can plan the cost.
Are we locked in? +
No. Models are swappable, so you can switch or mix them as the field moves without changing your apps. Your data and configuration export in open formats, so you can take everything with you.
Does it work with the tools we already use? +
Yes. LoopBack speaks an OpenAI-compatible API, so it drops into Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, your CRM and ERP, and dev tools like Cursor and Continue, grounded in your own data.
What does setup involve, and how long does it take? +
A workshop to map your needs, a pilot with one team, then rollout to the company, typically live within a few weeks. One-time setup is from €1,500, including integrations, loading your documents and training.
What happens to our data: is it used to train models? +
Never. Your data stays with you and is never trained into anyone else’s models. It is used only to answer your own team, grounded in your own systems, and logged for your own audit.
